These sacred ceremonial meetings were enjoyed weekly with the ceremonial observance of other sacred times, with different sacraments and at different locations, time of year and need for personal and community harmony that created the need to gather for gratitude and guidance.

Doctrine and Covenants section 98 refers to the pre 1871 Constitution for the United States of America and that constitutional law of the land that God has sustained as acceptable for us to observe and follow:
